Work that pays for itself

I do not lead with a product or a platform. I start with what your business does all day and work backward to the smallest thing that would make it better.

AI that does real work

Not a chatbot bolted to a homepage. Systems that read, decide, draft, and hand off, inside the workflows you already have.

The useful applications of AI in a small business are rarely the flashy ones. They look like an inbox that sorts and answers itself, a quote that writes itself from a few facts, a report that arrives before anyone asks for it. I build the boring, valuable version.

  • Automated intake, qualification, and routing
  • Documents and proposals generated from real data
  • Summaries, reports, and alerts that arrive on their own
  • Human review kept in the loop where the stakes justify it

Custom systems

When nothing off the shelf fits the way you work, a purpose built system that does.

Off the shelf software is usually the right call, and I will tell you when it is. But every business has a few processes that are genuinely its own, and forcing those into a generic tool costs more than building the thing properly. I build the parts worth building.

  • Customer facing portals, booking, and self service
  • Internal dashboards and operations consoles
  • Quoting, pricing, and approval workflows
  • Payments, signatures, and documents handled end to end

Integration and IT

Getting the tools you already pay for to talk to each other, so your data lives in one place.

Most of the pain I get called about is not missing software. It is five systems that each know part of the truth and none of them talk. Connecting them is unglamorous work that pays for itself faster than anything else on this page.

  • Connecting the systems you already run
  • Cleaning up data that lives in too many places
  • Reliable deployment, monitoring, and backups
  • Practical security and access hygiene

Advisory

Deciding what to build, what to buy, and what to ignore, before anyone writes code.

Sometimes the most valuable thing I can do is talk you out of a project. If you are weighing a purchase, a rebuild, or a vendor, an honest second opinion from someone with no product to sell is cheap insurance.

  • Build versus buy decisions
  • Vendor and platform selection
  • Technical review of work already underway
  • Roadmap and sequencing, what to do first

Engagements

How the work is packaged

Pick the smallest one that answers your question. You can always step up from there.

Advisory call

A focused conversation about a specific decision. Good when you need a second opinion, not a project.

Assessment

A short engagement that maps how work flows today, finds the expensive parts, and returns a prioritized plan you can act on with or without me.

Build

A defined scope, built and shipped in phases, with a fixed price per phase.

Ongoing support

Keeping what is live running, plus a steady stream of small improvements. Month to month, cancel whenever.

The process

What working together looks like

01

Understand the business

Before anything gets built, I need to know how money moves through your business and where it gets stuck. Usually a conversation and a look at how work flows today.

02

Find the solution

I look at what exists, what it costs, and what it would take to build. You get a straight recommendation with the tradeoffs written down, including the option to do nothing.

03

Ship something small

The first version solves one real problem and goes live. Working software beats a plan, and it tells us what the second version should be.

04

Automate outward

Once the core works, the surrounding manual steps come off your plate one at a time. This is where the compounding happens.
