I have spent more than fifteen years in technology, most of it inside Fortune 500 companies, as a software engineer, then a tech lead, then an engineering manager. I have written the code, owned the architecture, and run the teams that shipped it. I have also sat in the rooms where those decisions get funded and defended, which turns out to matter just as much.
I work with owners and operators who know exactly what is slowing their business down but do not have anyone to hand it to. My job is to be that person: figure out the real problem, pick the honest solution, build it, and stay accountable for whether it works.
I do the whole thing rather than one slice of it. That means the strategy conversation, the build, the launch, and the unglamorous part afterward where things need to keep running. For a small business, one person who owns the outcome tends to beat a committee.
I care more about whether something gets used than whether it is impressive. A modest system that runs every day is worth more than an ambitious one nobody trusts.

Straight answers
If you do not need what you are asking for, I will say so. I would rather lose a project than sell you one that does not pay for itself.
No lock in
You own the work, the accounts, and the data. Nothing is built so that leaving me is expensive.
Small steps, in production
Work goes live in pieces. You see progress you can use rather than a long silence followed by a launch.
Fixed scope, clear price
You know what a phase costs before it starts. Surprises are my problem, not an invoice.
